Schlitz Audubon offers an inviting atmosphere for evening gatherings. Your event can begin with cocktails in our Hearth Room that boasts beautiful forest views beside a wood-burning fireplace. Our Great Hall, with its two-story beamed ceiling and soft café lighting, provides a stunning backdrop for your event, where guests may enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres or a full sit-down dinner provided by our select caterers. Include birds from our Raptor Program and your guests can mingle among owls, hawks, falcons, and even a Bald Eagle.
