This 6-part series will feature eight excellent exercises developed by Professor Cheng Man Ching to improve health, balance and flexibility, reduce stress, and generate well-being in body and mind. Each class will include a warm-up for the body and mind, basic training exercises, instruction and review of previous material. This series is well suited for those who desire the benefits of tai chi without the necessity of learning the long sequence of the tai chi form.
Instructor Julia Mueller has more than 10 years of experience teaching Cheng Man Ching’s Yang style tai chi and related martial arts at the Tai Chi Chuan Center of Milwaukee. She is committed to helping her students develop deeper mind-body connection and ease through gentle, accessible instruction suitable for all ages and physical conditions.
This program will take place primarily indoors, but if the weather is nice will take place outdoors.
