SPARK!

This program is specially designed for both people experiencing cognitive changes and their care partners. It is intended for those living in independent settings. Now entering its eighth year at Schlitz Audubon, each month is devoted to learning about the simple beauty found in nature and how it enriches our lives. Participants will enjoy songs, stories, treats and visits with our Nature School students. We often have a therapy dog join us to offer comfort and compassion. Programs take place inside the Auditorium, and in good weather include a short outdoor component, close to the building. Themes are seasonally based and change each month. September has a focus of later summer flowers in bloom and butterflies. Your program hosts are Shelly Rollins and Tom Finley.
