New Moon Hike

Explore the new moon night sky with Naturalist Alison Schrad. We’ll climb the tower to observe the stars and the constellations that can be found this time of year. Afterwards, we’ll listen for active nocturnal animals on the trails and see what we can find. To help you better see the trail at night, bring along a red-light flashlight or borrow one of ours.

When you arrive, meet Alison at the stone bench to begin your hike.

This program is designed for all ages, children and adults alike. Children must be accompanied by an adult; each child and adult require a ticket. This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, the program will be rescheduled to Friday, April 4 at the same time.
