Maple Sugaring at St. Francis Public Library

Tom Finley of the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center will highlight the entire process from maple tree growth to a historical overview of sugaring in the state. Enjoy a PowerPoint presentation, various artifacts that augment the discussion, and, if supplies allow, a sweet taste of real maple syrup.
