Family Birding: Winter Shorebirds

Naturalist Laine Cotteleer will teach you how to use binoculars! Then, you’ll go on a guided hike down to Lake Michigan to see who’s that dappling and diving in the icy waters! Discover Wisconsin’s winter shorebirds, ducks, and other birds that might be migrating through the area.  

This program is designed for children aged 5 and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, a portion of the program will take place indoors.
